As a hands-on leader, our Warehouse Associate Supervisor is actively involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, overseeing a dedicated team responsible for key functions. You excel at problem-solving—whether it’s streamlining processes, maximizing equipment efficiency, or coordinating your team to ensure seamless order fulfillment. With a strong sense of ownership, you’re committed to delivering the right products to our customers, exactly when they need them.
With a sharp focus on warehouse department goals, you proactively structure and guide the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly workflow to drive efficiency and accuracy. You remain calm under pressure, swiftly triaging challenges while keeping operations running smoothly. Beyond the day-to-day, you take part in supporting both short-term improvements and long-term projects, ensuring continuous growth and operational excellence.
SUCCESS FACTORS (First 12 – 18 Months)
Leadership: You’ve taken responsibility for guiding, developing, and empowering your warehouse team, actively coaching and mentoring team members. You are uniquely invested in each team member’s success and development using tools like contribution management, skill blocks and your unique daily coaching. Schedules and productivity are closely monitored and your regular maintenance and accuracy in timekeeping records and policy administration ensures team members are paid accurately, and they clearly understand their daily goals.
Operational Expert: By using your in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and safety you are an expert in every function within the warehouse and can jump in and support where needed. As order volume and complexity shift, you seamlessly adapt. You wave the daily activities through WMS and know where to utilize your team to get the best results for the business. You provide valuable partnership and insights for both the creation of TOPs when needed and in ensuring compliance with the current Torani Operating Procedures. You know that the best way to manage costs and keep customers happy is to do it right the first time. Verification processes and first-time quality are your mantras.
Communication: Effective communication is essential, and you excel at conveying information clearly, concisely, and professionally, both verbally and in written correspondence. Whether providing instructions, or delivering feedback, you ensure messages are understood and actionable. Your effective communication skills enable seamless collaboration with manufacturing, Customer service, and transportation teams, and you ensure smooth shift-to-shift transitions to maintain operational success.
All Systems Go: You are comfortable working within Oracle, WMS, ADP, and Microsoft Office – to name a few. You ensure that the team, including our temporary team members, are thoroughly trained on Warehouse systems and equipment and you welcome questions when they run into hiccups. You are proficient in resolving first-level technological and systems issues and know how to troubleshoot before you escalate to IT. You look for opportunities to improve and elevate the warehouse workflows.
Safety First: You set an example by maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment with zero safety incidents. You look at work through a lens of safety and care about the safety of all your fellow team members. You report on safety concerns in KPI meetings and drive your team’s success in making sure that food safety and personal safety are at top of mind. You address and elevate safety concerns for resolution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
2+ years’ experience in Warehouse environment
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience working with large ERP System (i.e., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Able to lift 50 pounds or more continuously
Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
Salary Range: $78,920.66 - $96,458.47
