Summary : The Associate S oftware E ngineer designs, develops, writes, modifies and implements software solutions consisting of applications and/or components. Maintains accurate documentation of solutions provided.

Summary Of Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to understand the requirements/issues assigned and involve in all phases of SDLC (analysis, coding, unit testing, reviews, build, deployment).
  • Good communication and presentation skills to update the status in team meetings and trainings etc. Must create documentation on analysis and user training based on project requirements.
  • Open to learn new technologies and share knowledge within team based on project need.
  • Familiarity in using REST APIs
  • Ready to extend work for meetings, status update calls, to meet the deadline and urgent/priority issue fixes whenever required.
  • Must follow the best practices and processes followed in project to meet quality deliverable.
  • Work towards meeting/exceeding the performance/personal development goals set.
  • Adherence to the organizational guidelines, practices, and processes.
  • Ready to work in production support

EDUCATION

Preferred undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems or related field.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE And/or ABILITIES

Candidates will be given initial training in below technologies and fitment test will be conducted for mapping to the appropriate technical projects

    • Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS
    • Good Aptitude & Communication Skills with Presentation skills as well
    • Good analytical, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
    • Good knowledge of programming concepts and best practices.
    • Knowledge of web-based solutions.
    • Experience with Automation Testing frameworks (e.g. Selenium, TestNG, JUnit) is optional.
