Tesla Associate Regional Collision Managers are the leaders of our internal collision centers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing team members, managing day-to-day operations, and expanding our field sites to meet the needs of our rapidly growing customer base.

This position will be based in any of the following collision centers: Thousand Oaks, CA, Santa Monica, CA, Ontario, CA, San Bernadino, CA, Pomona, CA, North Hollywood, CA.

* Operational excellence: As an Associate Regional Collision Manager, you must understand and own every aspect of your region's performance. You will be responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and customer service by partnering with operations teams on strategic execution. We expect you to champion safety, efficiency, quality, and overall excellence in all your actions and decisions across multiple locations
* Strategic direction: Establish the strategy and business plan for the overall performance and growth of your region, evaluate resource needs in different markets and develop new locations, and partner with service to build a cohesive network of cosmetic repair capabilities
* Financials: Associate Regional Collision Managers are expected to understand our business, know their numbers and lead the center's daily operations to achieve specific goals in quality, productivity, output, cost as well as revenue / margin where applicable. You will need to leverage your understanding of the financials to justify investments in existing shops and expand our footprint across your region
* Our Associate Regional Collision Managers act in the best interest of Tesla. You must have a passion for our mission, product, and people
* Ability to travel up to 60% or more if required (based on region)
* Professional experience: Prior leadership experience in a body repair or reconditioning focused industry
* Leadership experience: Experience leading teams remotely and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities
* Process / operations experience strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong customer facing responsibilities
* Experience developing and operating complex processes using lean or other techniques
* Technical acumen is required - you must develop a knowledge of all Tesla products, as well as body repair systems, processes, and procedures
* Valid driver's license preferred
