What You'll Do: * Source candidates for specific open roles using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline *Use for RFP* * Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline * Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings * Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it * Enter reference checks as needed * Facilitate the offer process * Manage onboarding and new hire process * Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices * Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process * Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Experience/Skills: * 2 years of healthcare travel recruiting experience preferred * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing * Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Comfortable making decisions independently * Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems * Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods * Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Education: Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation package: $43k-50k + commission plan + up to $20k first year bonus potential Location: Frisco, TX (in Office) Benefits: * 401K with Company Match (100% vested as of day 1) * Company paid Basic Life and AD&D plan up to $150K * Company paid Short Term Disability * Company paid employee coverage for medical, dental and vision * Flexible PTO plan Why Join AHS?
