Innovative top property management firm seeking an outgoing and motivated Associate Property Manager with a proven track record of success to join their team. Due to recent growth, we’re in need of an Associate Property Manager to help meet high client demand. Our office is a rapidly growing, tech-savvy, and innovative property management firm located on the North side of Chicago in the West Town/Wicker Park neighborhood.
The primary responsibility of the Associate Property Manager is to assist the Property Managers with administrative duties and day-to-day tasks to keep their portfolios well-managed and organized.

Our firm manages a diverse portfolio of assets. Properties range from single condos and multi-unit walkups, to strip malls and office buildings. We provide services to individual landlords and financial institutions. The role will be exposed to many different properties and leads to a well-rounded career as a property manager.
The position will include a wide variety of responsibilities including:
Interacting with tenants & owners, maintenance personnel, engineers etc.
Drafting leases and screening tenants
Coordinating with the maintenance staff and third-party vendors
Inspecting properties, reviewing contracts, and scheduling maintenance work
Coordinating with utility vendors
Overseeing tenant & owner ledgers to ensure timely collections
Preparing reports and meeting agendas for HOAs
