JRK is seeking an Associate Project Manager to add to its redevelopment team. The Associate Project Manager aids in the planning, execution and tracking of redevelopment projects across both the multifamily and hotel divisions. They are accountable for all facets of the project, including but not limited to project timing, design, permitting, project management and cost tracking. The Associate Project Manager will be expected to travel frequently to projects across various states to ensure the projects are progressing smoothly and to inspect completed work. The Project Manager reports to the Executive Vice President of Redevelopment and works closely with the Redevelopment Division to assess and execute JRKs redevelopment projects.

You will work full-time in our West Los Angeles office, typically Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM. Because our assets are located throughout the United States, travel is required in this position to oversee assigned projects effectively.

Position Requirements
College graduate preferred (all fields of study welcomed, Engineering & Architecture majors a plus)
Passionate about construction management and design
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including knowledge of VBA, a plus
Operates with the highest level of honesty, integrity, and ethics
Physical Requirements
Expected work hours: 7:30 to 5:00, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends
Travel: Business trips with overnight stays are required up to 25% of the time; occasionally may need to drive a personal vehicle for business
