Responsibilities Monitor the work progress of the project, sub-contractors’ performance and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of project Manage, control and monitor of daily project works, instructions and progress Identify potential construction problems, investigate preventive measures, standardization, and innovate technique in related to selective construction process Review, advise and resolve on contractual, technical matters and comment on sub-contracts in related to the project Requirements Degree or above in Building/Building Services/Civil/Structural Engineering or any equivalent At least 10 years solid experience in sizable building works projects management of main contractors Member of HKIE, CIOB, HKICM or HKIS, etc. will be an advantage Strong ownership to meet the project requirements Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Project Manager.
