Division: Customer Service Centre/ Online Operation
In this position, you will:
Responsible for the company's WeChat/WeXin matrix planning and operations, including WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channel, WeChat Mini Program, WeCom and other WeChat/WeXin series platforms, including ecological planning, media cooperation, content operation, activity planning, holiday/event marketing, and business/service process design;
Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing WeChat/WeXin marketing campaigns to improve user activity and user stickiness and increase the repurchase rate.
Analysis of user behavior data, mining user needs, optimize products and services, improve user satisfaction and conversion rate
Follow up the online market dynamics, regular analysis of competing products/platforms, put forward suggestions for improvement and new marketing strategies.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, e-commerce, new media operation and other related majors is preferred.
More than 5 years of e-commerce sales or operation experience in the telecommunications industry.
Familiar with the operation rules and marketing tools of social media and e-commerce platform.
Have good market analysis, marketing planning ability, can independently complete the activity planning and implementation.
Strong enthusiasm and sensitivity, able to quickly grasp market trends and user preferences.
Strong learning ability and stress resistance, able to adapt to the rapidly changing work environment.
Skilled in Office software and related marketing tools, such as Photoshop, PR, etc.
Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
