We are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong background in financial products, particularly lending, combined with expertise in creating dashboards, documentation, and effective project management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into functional solutions while working closely with development teams to drive projects forward.
What We Expect You To Do
Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders.
Support the mapping of lending product features to system capabilities.
Participate in discussions with business and technical teams to align expectations and goals.
Help in identifying gaps between current systems and desired outcomes.
Create basic reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, or Tableau to support business insights.
Write and optimize simple SQL queries to extract relevant data for reporting needs.
Assist in data validation and ensure reports are accurate and insightful.
Translate business data into visual formats that are easy to understand.
Maintain and update documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), user guides, and process flows.
Support preparation of training material and system usage manuals.
Keep track of changes and ensure documentation is up to date with system enhancements.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to track task progress and delivery timelines.
Participate in project meetings and share updates with stakeholders.
Support the project manager in scheduling and coordinating project milestones.
