Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Establish and agree project execution plan with our client
• 建立并主导与客户的项目执行计划
• Create project execution plan and design brief
• 撰写项目执行大纲和设计概要/任务书
• Manage design development process and conduct VE session
• 管理设计进展过程和变更
• Develop project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Define scope of service for each package.
• 依据各项目的特殊要求，制定项目采购策略。确定服务范围
• Access to the best contractors, designers, and suppliers in corporate real estate industry. Lead procurement process for GC, contractors, and consultants.
• 获取企业房地产行业***的承包商、设计师和供应商.。负责招标评审；
• Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control
• 协调内部和外部工料测量师，以控制项目成本
• In charge of project on site day to day work
• 负责大型工程项目现场管理工作；
• Take lead of site supervision in accordance with local practice and code during project management
• 在项目管理过程中，执行国家和建设部颁布的各类验收标准和强制性条款，进行现场 监督、检查；
• In order to fulfill the aspects of project objective, take effective methods and control on construction quality, programming, HSE and cost.
• 对工程质量、进度、安全环境健康，成本进行有效控制，确保最终工程达到总体规划目标；
• Rigorous inspection and execution based on the agreements
• 严格执行各类工程合同规定的内容；
• In charge of change order verification
• 参与工程变更及设计变更的处理及解释工作；
• Manage project phase inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover
• 管理项目测试、调试和移交
• Support the project team throughout the progress of the project; Train, guide and mentor project team members as required. to Project Managers, project engineer, project assistant
• 领导和支持项目团队在整个工程阶段；辅导支持项目团队成员项目经理，项目工程师，项目助理

Skills / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture civil/M&E engineering, construction, or project management
• 建筑，工民建，机电或工程项目管理专业本科（或以上）学历
• 10+ years experiences in project management for CRE, commercial or industrial projects.
• 10年以上企业房地产，商业或工业地产项目的项目管理经验
• Has experience in working with/for international project management consultancy or Design/Build company.
• 有国际项目管理顾问公司国际设计施工企业工作经验者优先。
• Hold First Class Construction Engineer or international project management credential preferred
• 具有一级建造师或项目管理工程师职业资格证书优先
• Be able to multitask and manage priorities
