Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential clients generated from various marketing channels.
  • Explain the services offered, specically related to genetics, whole genome, whole exome, and metagenomics.
  • Address client grievances and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Set up meetings with relevant stakeholders to facilitate business development.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads to foster strong client relationships and drive business growth.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related eld (BTech/BSc/MSc/MTech).
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in sales, revenue management, or inside sales.
  • Familiarity with genomics or genetic products is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Procient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Ability to work effectively under strict timelines and pressure. Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in client relationship management and addressing customer needs eciently.
  • Knowledge of genetic testing services and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
