Job Description

• Support the product lifecycle for imaging systems, software, mobile apps, and cloud-based licensing platform
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into actionable user requirement
• Assist in defining product marketing communication strategie
• Help develop and deliver training materials for domestic and international sales team
• Provide hands-on product training to customer
• Collaborate with designers to refine software designs for development team
• Work with quality control (QC) and product managers to test software before release
• Monitor market trends to drive innovation and make proposals to product management leadership

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or sales products and software
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office
• Ability and desire to travel (15%)
• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
