Certification Required: Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent)
Job Summary
We are looking for a driven Associate Product Manager with 2+ years of experience and a project management certification to support the development and optimization of our gaming products. You will work closely with senior product managers, designers, engineers, and data analysts to deliver exceptional player experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including feature ideation, requirement documentation, and post-release analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Art, Engineering) to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Help define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
Create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and wireframes to communicate product vision.
Support project management efforts—track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze user behavior and product performance metrics to suggest improvements.
Assist senior PMs in presenting updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles (gaming, consumer apps, or digital products preferred).
Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret data (SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) to drive decisions.
Basic knowledge of wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Miro) and product documentation.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for gaming and understanding of player motivations.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with game development pipelines (Unity, Unreal Engine).
Exposure to A/B testing, live ops, or monetization strategies.
