This role will be working as part of the A&D Quality Management team to sustain and deploy our current S/4HANA/Solumina solution as well as continuous improvement of the solution through design, build, test, and upgrade of the ERP/MES/QMS across Moog's global A&D sites.
The purpose of this business-focused role is to assist with gathering business requirements, liaising with site based Subject Matter Experts (SME's), and deploying a tightly integrated and scalable ERP/MES/QMS solution. This individual will aid in the consolidation of site-specific quality business requirements, identify and test improved business processes, support training of system users, and sustainment efforts post go live. Additionally, this role will provide sustainable business support for Moog's legacy QMS, TIPQA software. Business support of the software will include maintaining strategic alignment of business-critical quality processes in both the legacy (TIPQA) and future-state QMS solution (Solumina) to ensure a smooth transition for Moog's quality processes.

* You will assist with the identification, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of new or existing solutions for the ERP/MES/QMS software. You must have technical expertise and quality business process knowledge for definition/development of the MES/QMS solution.
* Create and maintain good working relationships with the software provider/system integration partners and larger cross-workstream project team, with the ability to make decisions and escalate issues when needed.
* You will aid in analyzing and understanding business needs from an end-to-end perspective, taking into account QMS, MES, ERP, PLM and other supporting IT systems, to ensure that efficient business processes are implemented, and a digital thread established.
* Assist in sustainment of Moog's legacy quality processes in TIPQA's Audit, Nonconformance, Supplier, Corrective Action, and Receiving Inspection modules in TIPQA.
* You will support unit, functional and system integration testing of ERP/MES/QMS applications including key Operational Technology. This will include working with the team on validating the template configuration meets all known site requirements.
* Together with the Business Adoption team, support with the facilitation of testing and user training sessions to ensure end users are prepared for deployment and any remaining gaps in functionality are identified.
* Assist with QM business readiness activities in preparation for formal Go-Live and ensure it is successfully stabilized following deployment.
* Maintain documentation related to the MES/QMS Solutions, including but not limited to Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Process Flows, Test Scripts, Standard Work Documents, Training PowerPoints, and Functional Specification Documentation (FSDs).
* Schedule key meeting invitations for training and tag-ups with stakeholders.
* Perform the duties of Scrum Master to maintain User Stories and backlog.
Here's what you'll need to bring with you:
* Typically, a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, or equivalent.
* 3-5 years of hands-on experience and knowledge in Quality business processes such as Discrepancy/Nonconformance, Corrective Action, Supplier Quality, Inspection, Audit, and AS9100.
