Summary

The Role

The Performance Reporting & Analytics Associate (PRAA) will play a key role in managing the firm’s performance reporting system, Addepar, while collaborating directly with senior leadership on broader data-related initiatives. In addition to the day to day oversight of Addepar, this individual will identify project requirements, design solutions, and implement process improvements to support business objectives.

Success in this role requires strong judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine passion for data and its impact on business operations. The PRAA must thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to shift priorities in response to the teams’ and COO’s competing priorities.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Research and respond to performance-related questions from Partners and Client Service Associates
  • Manage the ongoing relationship with Addepar and oversee platform functionality
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and release firm wide portfolio data and performance reporting enhancements
  • Partner with Research and Client Service teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance the client experience
  • Continuously evaluate and improve current processes to drive operational efficiency
  • Maintain and enhance the firm’s suite of performance reports that provide insight into portfolio performance
  • Support the delivery of a dynamic, engaging online client experience that deepens portfolio understanding
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow, asset allocation, performance, and risk metrics at multiple levels
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal dashboards to drive firmwide insights and decision-making
  • Optimize data integration across platforms within the firm’s technology stack
  • Develop deep expertise in the firm’s data infrastructure and act as a subject matter expert

Qualifications


  • Quick learner and self-starter, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Exhibit a “no task is too small” mindset
  • Passion for data and its impact on business practices
  • Ability to explain complex ideas with varying degrees of detail depending on the audience
  • Interest in performance measurement metrics and a passion for creating an exceptional client experience
  • Familiarity with general investing concepts, investment strategies and portfolio construction
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced data analysis and data visualization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, investment operations, data visualization, investment management, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required
  • Financial Services experience working with private equity and hedge fund investments preferred but not required
  • Addepar experience preferred but not required
