Exploring the role:
As an Analyst of Customer Analytics, you will support the Director of Customer Analytics in delivering high-quality, actionable insights for our clients. You will work closely with the Director, Account Managers, and Sales teams to provide data-driven solutions tailored to client objectives. Your role will involve developing reports, performing in-depth analyses, and presenting findings in a way that helps clients unlock the full value of Adara's data offerings.

How your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:
- Assist in creating and delivering custom analytics reports and dashboards that align with client-specific goals.
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights for clients in the travel industry.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support the Director in translating complex data into easily digestible visualizations and reports for clients.
- Develop creative ways to present Adara's data that resonates with client objectives and market opportunities.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality client analytics reports that meet or exceed expectations.
- Maintain a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity in all client-facing deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, to align analytics solutions with client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging analytics technologies to maintain Adara's competitive edge.
Education & Work Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role, ideally within the travel or tech industry.
- Proven ability to create and present clear, actionable reports and insights to clients or internal teams.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategic business insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and clients.
Knowledge Required:
- Experience working in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with customer data analytics and segmentation.
- Experience with reporting automation tools and data management platforms.
Skills :
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
