• Bridge Product, Sales, and Customer Success Collaborate across teams to align customer needs, product delivery, and sales strategies
• Streamline Customer Onboarding Lead data setup processes to ensure seamless, efficient product onboarding and rapid customer value realization
• Enable Advanced Metering Solutions Oversee meter change processes, delivering state-of-the-art metering concepts to customers
• Ensure Data Quality Excellence Collaborate with ecosystem partners to maintain and enhance data accuracy and reliability
• Facilitate Team and Stakeholder Communication Drive clear, impactful communication to align teams and stakeholders on product delivery goals
• Build Scalable Processes for Growth Design and implement company-wide systems and processes to bring structure and efficiency to a dynamic startup environment
