IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Operations Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As the Associate Operations Manager - ACP Support, you will be responsible for providing support to the Credit Card Operations team in the Post Issuance- Customer Lifecycle Management department. This is a full-time position in the operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury category.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide support to the Credit Card Operations team in managing the post-issuance customer lifecycle management process.
Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the post-issuance customer lifecycle management process.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Generate reports and present findings to senior management.
Education Qualifications
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
