IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Operations Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai. As the Associate Operations Manager - ACP Support, you will be responsible for providing support to the Credit Card Operations team in the Post Issuance- Customer Lifecycle Management department. This is a full-time position in the operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury category.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Credit Card Operations team in managing the post-issuance customer lifecycle management process.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the post-issuance customer lifecycle management process.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve any operational issues or discrepancies.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
  • Generate reports and present findings to senior management.

Education Qualifications

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience.
