Summary

  1. Review and filing of form 3CEB and TPSR for Indian entities and compliances and TPSR for other group entities globally;
  2. Review and filing of BEPS compliances and Preparation and filing of master file to be filed in India and across the globe;
  3. Preparation of submissions and representation before authorities for TP assessments and CIT(A);
  4. Preparation of paper books for ITAT;
  5. Preparation of submissions for various tax authorities across the globe for Transfer Pricing Audits;
  6. Review of the process for R&D claims including participating in technical interviews for determining R&D claims;
  7. Assessing and filing of R&D claims;
  8. Preparation and filing CBCR in India;
  9. Working of Pillar 2 liability and filing of Pillar 2 compliances across the globe;
  10. Monthly review of DAC 6;
  11. Transfer pricing advisory for intercompany transactions;
  12. setting up transfer pricing models and drafting of TP agreements


  1. CA with 5-7 years experience in Transfer Pricing (From Big4 is preferred)
