Basic Qualifications * Bachelors Degree and at least 2 years of experience in marketing or advertising, OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in marketing or advertising * Experience generating and deliver social media listening insights of various weights * Experience with tools and techniques for collecting, collating, and analyzing information about existing or potential markets and market needs * Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing inputs to internal and external audiences while meeting quality standards * Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization * Experience with project management (ex: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives) * Experience with social media platforms, both existing and emerging * Experience with MS Office Suite and Sprinklr (or similar social listening platform) Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business administration * Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team * Experience working with project/campaign budgets * Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling) * Experience working with an agency * Ability to think strategically and big - ensuring that activities deliver against core business objectives and articulate key messages * Understanding social listening capabilities and passion for staying educated within the social/digital space * Ability to handle many workstreams and contending priorities We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
