Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive B2C marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon ads, Flipkart and other e-commerce channels. (Experience with hands-on campaign management is a must!)
Collaborate with vendors from e-commerce and quick commerce websites to maximize reach and effectiveness. (Building strong vendor relationships is key!)
Optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra and other e-commerce and quick commerce channels to improve search ranking and conversion rates. (Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus!)
Leverage web analytics tools like GA4, GTM, Shopify etc., to track campaign performance, gain customer insights, and optimize marketing strategies. (Data analysis skills are essential!)
Stay up-to-date on the latest B2C marketing trends and technologies to ensure our campaigns remain competitive. (A passion for continuous learning is crucial!)

Marketing & Advertising:
Paid Advertising Management: Hands-on experience with creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon ads, Flipkart and other e-commerce channels.
Vendor Management: Ability to build and manage relationships with vendors from e-commerce and quick commerce websites.
SEO & Listing Optimization
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Understanding of Ecommerce SEO best practices, particularly for product listings on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra and other e-commerce and quick commerce channels.
Listing Optimization: Knowledge of how to optimize product listings for improved search ranking and conversion rates.
Web Analytics & Data Analysis
Web Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Shopify etc. Familiarity with other tools is a plus.
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data from web analytics tools, gain customer insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
Additional Skills
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
Creativity & Data-driven Approach: A blend of creativity for developing engaging campaigns and a data-driven approach for optimization.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream.
