Seeking a experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for the Lixil India (Brands - GROHE and American Standard). Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, Google hyperlocal campaigns, demand generation, and e-commerce platforms to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.
Plan and execute initiatives to increase traffic and engagement on GROHE and American Standard websites, ensuring alignment with global HQ directives and local market needs.
Manage and optimize social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating localized content and community engagement strategies.
Design and run hyperlocal Google Ads campaigns targeting specific geographic areas to boost local demand and store visits.
Lead demand generation efforts through multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and content marketing to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
Oversee e-commerce marketing activities, including product promotions, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey enhancement on digital sales platforms.
Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop landing pages, promotional materials, and digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, ad platforms), optimizing spend and strategies based on data insights.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to meet marketing goals and KPIs.
Required Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with consumer brands or in the home improvement/fixtures industry.
Strong expertise in social media management, Google Ads (including hyperlocal targeting), SEO/SEM, email marketing, and demand generation.
Experience managing websites and e-commerce platforms with knowledge of CMS, UX principles, and conversion optimization.
Proficient in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and social media insights.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies to liaise effectively with developers.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning in the digital marketing space.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international/global brand teams and adapting campaigns for local markets.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of video content production and editing tools.
Previous experience in managing marketing for premium or lifestyle brands.
