Job Description & Summary

These individuals collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate and train employees, in line with market developments and firm strategy.
Management of various systems (Learning Management Systems, Google Apps, Learner Evaluation Platforms)
- Prepare target audience list and schedule necessary training that are to be held
- Monitor participants registration and absence
- Monitor Attendance and follow up with participants who did not show up for training
- Communicate any special instructions via e-mail
- Work with Development Consultants to identify Target audience and create group in LMS
- Generate report to ensure completions of learning objects, attendance and non-attendance
- Gmeet and Webex setup for physical and virtual classroom sessions
Comms and advertisements
- Send out communications to target audience - invitations for training, joining instruction, any special instruction from instructors
- Create and update Shared Drives - (Admin Files) setting out all the resources and requirements of the learning event
- Draft and send out comms for training (familiar with Canva, MailChip, Microsoft PowerPoint)
Stakeholder Management
- Source & book venue for training (can be internal or external venue)
- Coordinate printing of materials and props if any
- Coordinate Set-up of room (ensure materials, AV, stationery and other request by trainers are ready)
- Manage budget for the training
- Work with multiple Development Consultants (i.e. L&D training managers) or instructor to understand the requirements of different learning solution sets
- Coordinate with the Logistic teams, MIS, Facilities & Services (F&S) and other relevant party to ensure execution of all requirements of the learning solution
- Work with PM team to source for vendors, training or event venues and catering
Learner Management
- respond to queries from learners about the learning objects
- Cost allocation (expenses that we have spent for the event)
- Manage on MTM feedback completion rate by sending reminder to complete feedback form
- Assign participant to the correct learning assignment (event, session, etc)
Team
- Work closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed
- be the backup for other coordinators who are on leave
- work closely with Logistics to provide support for Development Consultant and Learners when necessary
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years related work experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong client focus and has the drive to deliver
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Agile, responsible and willing to learn
- This will be a contract position and renewable
