Affinipay is seeking an experienced Instructional Design Associate with a passion for creating, delivering & maintaining educational materials so our customers can grow their knowledge of our software platforms. The candidate will have foundational knowledge of instructional design models that produce meaningful & measurable results, including increased customer engagement & high CSAT survey scores. Strong candidates will be passionate about helping people learn by creating materials that take into account the many different ways that people learn. Designers will collaborate with & take direction from our Instruction Designer to help create & maintain content such as e-learning courses, webinars, articles, videos and more that are vibrant, fun, yet educational. They will also collaborate with internal subject matter experts to learn & produce impactful content that will give our customers confidence when using our products to run their business. Strong communication, openness to feedback, and project management are critical to being successful in this role. What You'll Do * Design & execute cohesive, relevant customer education materials based on individual software brand needs * Seek guidance from Instructional Designer on project priorities, deadlines, asset needs, and creative vision for projects * Create learning tools that are visual, interactive and exciting for our customers * Learning center (maintenance, course creation, video/article creation) * Knowledge center (maintenance, video/article creation) * Webinars (script maintenance, script creation) * Assist in roadmap for educational material creation tied to upcoming product releases * Follow standards for content formatting & consistency * Build Product education by attending product review meetings, release meetings, etc. to maintain knowledge of upcoming features * Display strong project management skills by ensuring creative requests are organized, prioritized and delivered to appropriate audiences. * Partner with subject matter experts, stay aligned with their goals for content creation, make recommendations based on your expertise, and share feedback * Ensure customer facing teams are aware of content designed to utilize in their customer interactions & develop their own product knowledge * Assist in implementing a Learning Management system for Affinipay * Evaluate existing instructional content to maintain accuracy * Track success of content via CSAT surveys & Google Analytics * Periodically redesign & edit content to match learners' needs * Other Duties as assigned About You * 1-2 years experience in L&D Training * Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods * Familiarity with e-learning platforms & ability to navigate learning management systems * Experience in project management * Excellent communication * Ability to build rapport with employees * Proficiency in course/curriculum development * Clear and effective curriculum-planning skills
