Your role at Clorox:
As part of the Dynamic Deployment team, the Associate Insights Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering consumer and market research projects for Clorox Business Units (BUs). This role influences business decisions by maximizing their outcome through the Consumer Obsession lens.
In this role, you will:
* Plan and execute research studies, ensuring the appropriate methodology, questionnaire design and sample specifications.
* Leverage hands-on a broad range of DIY tools to turn research around in the most effective, efficient and timely manner.
* Manage multiple research projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, explaining findings and proposing recommendations clearly and concisely.
* Foster integration and sharing of knowledge, methodological expertise and advantaged ways of working across the Insight organization.
* Pursue continuous learning and growth by leveraging internal and external sources to maintain superior functional skillset.
* Support development of tools, WoW, skills and other capabilities to create a competitive advantage for Clorox through superior insights expertise.
What we look for:
* Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Behavioral Science, Economics, MBA or related field or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of supplier-side Market Research experience, preferably experience working within the CPG industry.
* Hands-on expertise across common market research tools, methodologies and capabilities including questionnaire writing, basic programming, data analysis and interpretation.
* Has the ability to influence the business team, being a proven driver of business impact, even if it means taking an unpopular stance.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to collaborate well with varied functions and roles to effectively drive results.
* Must have strong research skills, experience, and critical thinking ability, along with a solid understanding of business operations.
* Create appropriate research questions and methodology plan based on business needs, using available tools and resources.
* Manage multiple research projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
* Concisely and persuasively deliver the right insights to inform specific business decisions.
Workplace type:
Hybrid: This individual will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $106,700 - $204,900
-Zone B: $97,800 - $187,900
-Zone C: $88,900 - $170,800

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
