Job Description And Duties

If so, apply to be a Regulations Analyst for the Department of State Hospitals! We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.

Under direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I in the Regulations and Policy Oversight Unit, the Regulations Analyst performs duties having a significant impact on the Department of State Hospital’s (Department’s) operations. This role is critical to the Department’s basic mission by developing, implementing and evaluating state-wide mental health and state hospital policies and promulgating State regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (APA). This work is completed in collaboration with hospital and program leadership, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as well as DSH Legal.
