Job Title: AGM/ GM- Finance
Role Summary
We are seeking a AGM/GM - Finance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving the financial strategy of the organization. You will lead the finance team in preparation of monthly MIS, annual financial statements, taxation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Monthly MIS & Annual Financial Statements for the group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
Preparation of Annual Budgets and performing comprehensive Variance Analysis to provide insights on budget deviations and performance.
Handling of Direct & Indirect Taxation, including compliance with tax regulations, ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliances, and managing tax assessments.
Managing a team of 14-15 direct reports guiding them in financial activities, and ensuring their professional development.
Handling Banking Limits and Liaison with Banks for ensuring adequate liquidity, financial planning, and securing favorable terms for the company.
Liaison with External and Internal Agencies such as auditors, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders to facilitate finance-related processes and ensure compliance with standards and Chartered Accountant (CA)-Complete with B. Com as academic background.
Preferably CA passed out between 2013 to 2016
Proven expertise in finance, taxation, and compliance within a manufacturing industry.
Min 10 - 12 yrs working experience in auto components industry
Critical Requirements
In-depth knowledge of financial management in the manufacturing sector.
Experience in handling direct and indirect taxation, ROC compliances, and assessments.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of finance professionals

Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying financial discrepancies and proposing strategic solutions.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial documents and reportsand internal demands.
