As an Associate in our Finance department you will be at the center of our mission (simplify the homebuying experience) to reshape the industry. Role and Responsibilities: As an Associate in our Finance department at UpEquity, you will be a pivotal player to ensure the Company can fulfill its growth objectives. As an Associate, Finance, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Monitoring day to day cash position and producing weekly cash reports * Management of our credit facilities from day to day and ensuring compliance with credit requirements * Working closely with our data teams to build new reporting and dashboards * Contribute to due diligence processes with new financing partners * Building and maintaining financial forecasts * Building the budget and monitor progress against KPIs * Develop and maintain investor presentations and materials * Develop competitive analysis framework and benchmark UpEquity against its competitors * Prepare presentations for the Executive team and the Board of Directors * Management of treasury function including expense management Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience * Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other quantitative field * Familiarity with financial statements * Experience building excel models for financial forecasting * Ability to analyze large sets of data and present meaningful conclusions * SQL experience is a plus * Willingness and ability to work in a fast paced startup environment * Impeccable attention to detail * Microsoft Suite proficiency Being a competitive startup organization, we care a lot about our employees and want to take care of them the best we can.
