The candidate blends deep technical knowledge with strong leadership and delivery capabilities, specializing in DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and full-stack architecture with a foundation in Java and UI technologies. This professional has led cross-functional teams and coordinated directly with client stakeholders to manage end-to-end software delivery within Agile and SAFe frameworks. With hands-on expertise in tools like GitHub Enterprise (GHE), Jenkins, Harness, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, the candidate has a proven track record in modernizing systems, improving deployment efficiency, and enhancing application performance through proactive monitoring and collaboration. Roles and Responsibilities: * Spearheaded the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java, modern UI frameworks, and cloud-native services on AWS/Azure. * Orchestrated and managed CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, and Harness, ensuring high availability and continuous deployment in production environments. * Led Agile-based delivery cycles, collaborated in PI planning, sprint ceremonies, and backlog grooming to ensure alignment with product goals and timelines. * Worked directly with onshore client teams, taking strategic directions and translating them into executable technical plans, sprint goals, and delivery milestones. * Oversaw a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and QA analysts, ensuring productivity, technical guidance, and timely resolution of blockers. * Ensured application observability by integrating and configuring monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution, performance tuning, and incident management. * Facilitated knowledge transfer, peer reviews, and documentation processes to foster a collaborative, learning-oriented environment within the team. * Delivered cloud migration and modernization initiatives by leveraging best practices in containerization, deployment strategies, and cloud-native tools. * Played a key role in stakeholder communication and expectation management, presenting progress reports, technical risks, and mitigation strategies. * Promoted best practices in coding standards, security compliance, infrastructure automation, and version control for high-performing software teams. Qualifications * Proven expertise in GitHub Enterprise (GHE) for secure, collaborative source code management and version control. * Skilled in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Harness, enabling rapid, consistent deployments across distributed systems. * Strong development background with Java and Object-Oriented Programming, supporting robust backend solutions and scalable architecture. * Well-versed in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React, facilitating seamless frontend integration. * Expertly managed cloud infrastructure and services on AWS and Azure, including compute, storage, networking, and deployment orchestration. * Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, and New Relic, ensuring system reliability and observability. * Demonstrated leadership in Agile and SAFe environments, with experience running cross-functional teams and delivering high-value increments. * Adept at collaborating with client stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence. * Familiar with containerization and microservices architecture, with exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and maintain stakeholder confidence.
