Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Associate Director - Technical Training to lead and enhance our technical training division. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms), DBMS (Database Management Systems), NOS (Network Operating Systems), and Core Java, and have a strong passion for mentoring and developing technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the Technical Training Department and ensure delivery of high-quality coding and computer science training programs.

· Design, develop, and update training content, modules, assessments, and projects in DSA, DBMS, NOS, and Java.

· Conduct classroom and practical sessions, workshops, coding challenges, and hackathons for students and faculty.

· Mentor and upskill trainers, ensuring consistency and excellence in training delivery.

· Collaborate with academic leadership to align training programs with industry standards and evolving technologies.

· Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve course content and methodology.

· Drive technical certifications, coding competitions, and real-world projects among trainees.

· Manage a team of technical trainers and provide strategic leadership for their development.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, programming languages, and technologies.

· Support recruitment efforts by evaluating technical skills during hiring processes.

· Strong hands-on experience in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

· Deep understanding and practical expertise in DBMS, NOS, and Core Java.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Proficient in conducting technical sessions, workshops, and training programs.

· Ability to design assessments and measure training outcomes effectively.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Ph.D. will be an added advantage).

· Certifications in Java, Databases, Networking, or other relevant technologies preferred.

· Minimum 12 years of relevant technical and leadership experience in education, training, or IT services sector.
