We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Associate Director, Sales to lead Shure’s sales strategy across South America, while also overseeing the Brazil-based Channel Marketing and Customer Experience teams serving the entire Latin American region. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through high-performing channel partnerships, developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening partner engagement, and ensuring alignment with Shure’s brand and business objectives, while helping to shape long-term objectives, uncovering new opportunities, and enhancing the end-user experience.

This role will be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Leads the South America sales organization, owning sales performance, growth targets, and margin improvement. Develops and executes strategic plans to exceed annual sales targets across all product lines.
- Provides hands-on leadership to the Sales, Channel Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and performance across South America and broader Latin America. Sets clear goals, coaches team members, and fosters a culture of innovation and professional development.
- Manages strategic channel accounts directly, with a focus on growth, value creation, and improving the customer journey. Builds long-term relationships with top partners and ensure alignment with brand and business strategies.
- Oversees the execution of regional channel marketing and customer engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Brazil-based team supporting Latin America. Ensures programs are effective, aligned with sales objectives, and contributes to partner enablement and customer success.
- Drives the development and execution of regional channel sales plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Identifies gaps, opportunities, and improvements to increase market penetration and partner performance.
- Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., product marketing, global accounts, operations) to support successful regional promotions, launches, events, and training programs that increase brand visibility and market share.
- Represents the voice of the Latin America channel partners internally. Provides strategic input into global and regional initiatives to ensure relevance and impact. Leads regional special projects that support business transformation.
- Owns budgeting and forecasting for the regional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and responsible financial stewardship.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in sales and/or channel leadership.
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing people and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of the professional audio or AV industry preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with channel ecosystems in Latin America.
- Ability to manage complexity, drive execution, and lead in a matrixed organization.
- Proficient in Salesforce and/or similar CRM tools.
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and empower diverse teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Languages: Fluency in English. Spanish and Portuguese required
