A dynamic and growing construction consultancy in Ireland is seeking an accomplished construction professional to lead a phase of significant expansion within their Project Management Division. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a highly experienced individual (10+ years) to take on a pivotal Associate Director role, actively contributing to the strategic growth of the business across key regions in Ireland.

As an Associate Director Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the complete pre and post-contract phases of diverse construction projects. This encompasses everything from initial design management and meticulous planning to the successful conclusion of final accounts and the issuance of Completion Certificates. A key aspect of this role involves cultivating new client relationships and consistently delivering exceptional, high-quality work that surpasses client expectations and ensures service excellence.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as Contract Administrator (utilizing standard industry contracts), Employer's Representative (under public sector frameworks), NEC Project Manager, or Employer's Agent, ensuring diligent contract administration.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to achieve strategic business goals.
  • Proactively engaging with clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Consistently delivering high-quality project management services and deliverables that precisely meet client requirements.
  • Effectively managing project teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service in adherence to established procedures.
  • Producing clear and compelling presentations for clients.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to facilitate their professional development and maximize their potential.
  • Contributing to the preparation of compelling bids for new business
  • Managing project delivery with a focus on profitability.
  • Promptly informing senior leadership of any project-related issues
