Job Description

What will be your exposure?

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for office leasing
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business segments.
  • Solicit new clients to enrich revenue pipelines
  • Stay informed about market trends and pioneer the discovery of potential business opportunities
  • Analyze market conditions and offer expert leasing advice to clients
  • Provide end-to-end professional transactional services and foster strategic partnerships with clients
  • Structure deal terms, prepare proposals, and negotiate agreements with tenants and landlords

What are we looking for?

  • Degree or above in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or other related disciplines; further professional qualification would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5-year experience in real estate industry and in-depth knowledge in commercial estate
  • Proven track record in dealing sizable transactions
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Aggressive and able to deliver work with quality under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
