Job Description
What will be your exposure?
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for office leasing
Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business segments.
Solicit new clients to enrich revenue pipelines
Stay informed about market trends and pioneer the discovery of potential business opportunities
Analyze market conditions and offer expert leasing advice to clients
Provide end-to-end professional transactional services and foster strategic partnerships with clients
Structure deal terms, prepare proposals, and negotiate agreements with tenants and landlords
What are we looking for?
Degree or above in Real Estate, Marketing, Business or other related disciplines; further professional qualification would be an advantage
Minimum 5-year experience in real estate industry and in-depth knowledge in commercial estate
Proven track record in dealing sizable transactions
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Aggressive and able to deliver work with quality under tight deadlines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
