Summary

We are looking for an Associate Director of People Operations to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will support the HR function by aligning closely with our Senior Director of People Operations. Together, you will develop and execute strategies to create a competitive advantage for our employee experience, enhancing the workplace as our company scales. Responsibilities: * Partner with the Senior Director of People Operations to design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and foster employee engagement. * Oversee day-to-day People Operations functions including performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement. * Develop and implement practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement in HR processes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and promote a seamless employee experience. * Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, ensuring professional development and effectiveness. * Manage compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. * Measure and track key HR metrics to assess the efficacy of HR initiatives and make informed decisions. * Drive initiatives that create an inclusive and diverse workplace, promoting the company's values and culture. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in HR, with proven experience in a leadership role. * Strong understanding of HR best practices and knowledge of employment laws and regulations. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. * Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies in a growing company. * Passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
