We’re hiring an Associate Director of IT to serve as the right hand to the CTO—owning daily IT operations while helping shape long-term tech strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to CTO in 5 years. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with strong systems knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to lead IT projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and helpdesk workflows
• Manage vendors, IT assets, licensing, and security standards
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Dynamics (CRM/BC), and other key systems
• Lead internal IT projects, track milestones, and drive execution
• Serve as a cross-functional partner to Finance, HR, and Ops teams
• Document IT processes and deliver training across the org
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards
• Collaborates with executive leadership to align and prioritize IT initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversees project execution, task management, and cost alignment with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Oversees budgeting, cost optimization, and vendor billing for software and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years in IT infrastructure or systems roles, including team or project leadership
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Dynamics, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and networking
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Driven, accountable, and eager to grow into a CTO-level leader
