该职位来源于猎聘 Job role: Responsible to manage and partner with clients, engage in building multi-channel capability by driving various initiatives and working with internal stakeholders to manage projects Location: Shanghai Job Description:

  • Responsible for bottom-line for various accounts or multiple accounts as assigned
  • Active contribution in managing topline through presales by working closely with the sales team, on assigned accounts. Provide pre-sales and Solutioning by partnering along with various clients
  • Responsible for managing gross margin, project profitability, CSAT, & ESAT.
  • Support Business Unit in understanding markets from a treatment landscape, competition and regulatory perspective by conducting primary and secondary research and interpreting data – in the above groups
  • Identifying and dealing with short-term and long-term risks for various accounts
  • Active contribution in strategizing of the accounts - including new service offering and ways to grow the account.
  • Active contribution in building short term operational plans and long term strategic plans for the vertical.
  • Playing significant role in building capabilities and processes, and developing people to execute on these plans.
  • Driving execution while adhering to systems and processes laid down by the company and division. Job Requirements:
  • Education: Should be a life science graduate or post graduate with or without an MBA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 – 8 years of relevant industry experience – Pharmaceutical Marketing and/or Digital Marketing in pharmaceutical companies, consulting companies and/or similar service providers. Individual with background in pharmaceutical consulting preferred.
  • Must have proven experience in formulating solutions and proposals for problems of a strategic nature.
  • Understand the pharmaceutical business and various functions like product management, digital marketing, field force training, market research, clinical trials etc.
  • Must have prior experience in managing team and operations – conducting reviews, setting goals, resource utilization
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication / presentation skills – in both English and Chinese.
  • Should have passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities.
  • Should have sales acumen and worked in pharmaceutical companies / hospitals with exposure to medical / pharma field
