Salary range: $77,500 - $102,288 - $127,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, will play a pivotal role in delivering a premier educational experience including advising students; managing key program initiatives such as onboarding and orientation; collaborating with various offices on joint initiatives; representing the MFin program in cross-program groups or committees; nurturing relationships within the student body; one-on-one student advising on program policies, course selection, wellbeing, and maintaining a connection with student interests; and supporting other program initiatives, including creating newsletters, hosting events, delivering presentations, and participating in the admissions process.
