The opportunity

Reporting to the Victorian Director, you will become part of the leadership cohort within our business. You will be the key point of contact for our client on a major high voltage (HV) transmission program of works spanning several years, whilst developing and mentoring the project team to ensure successful delivery of the project. You will thrive on the fast paced and fun environment, managing multiple priorities and a diverse team.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Have experience in the delivery of and/or estimating of HV transmission projects working for contractors preferred
• Ideally have experience working within the consulting industry, although not required
• Have previous, demonstrated experience managing estimating scopes, deliverables, schedule, estimate structure, cash flows and reporting requirements
• Have proven first principle estimating experience for direct and indirect costs
• Have exposure to estimating and/or delivery of green/brownfields substations preferred
• Have a desire and interest in leading and mentoring other estimators throughout their career
• Be a confident communicator with clients and have demonstrated experience within a client facing PM role
• Manage multiple priorities and your time effectively
