About the Role:
In this leadership position, you'll take the reins on mission-critical data centre projects, working with some of the biggest names in tech and infrastructure. You’ll oversee strategic project delivery, strengthen key client relationships, and lead a team of talented cost professionals — all within a supportive, forward-thinking culture that empowers you to grow.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the successful delivery of major data centre projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Act as a key client contact, developing long-term partnerships built on trust, insight, and delivery excellence.
• Drive business development, winning new work and expanding existing relationships in the tech infrastructure space.
• Manage all aspects of cost consultancy — from feasibility studies and procurement strategies to contract negotiation and final account.
• Mentor and guide a diverse, high-performing team — shaping the next generation of cost managers.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of our regional business and help shape our future in Asia.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in cost management within data centres or high-tech construction.
• Deep experience in pre- and post-contract phases, with a track record of delivering large, complex projects.
• 8+ years of industry experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related discipline.
• Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) is preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• A collaborative, driven mindset and a passion for solving complex challenges.
• Enthusiasm for international experience and making a meaningful impact in a new market.
