Summary

Local Hero is seeking a strategic, experienced Associate Director, Corporate Accounts to spearhead the growth, retention, and satisfaction of our national and regional corporate partnerships.

This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in:

Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage and grow key accounts with national and regional corporate clients
  • Oversee execution of marketing campaigns and service delivery
  • Lead client onboarding, retention, and upsell initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to deliver seamless experiences
  • Conduct business reviews and strategic check-ins with clients
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet client goals and SLAs
  • Develop custom strategies for client growth based on industry insights
  • Troubleshoot issues and manage expectations with professionalism
  • Identify and implement process improvements for scalability

Here’s what you need to get our attention:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years in account management, enterprise client services, or B2B sales at a SaaS or marketing company
  • Strong project management skills and CRM proficiency
  • Experience supporting or managing multi-stakeholder accounts

Base Salary: $100,000 DOE (Bonus/commission eligible for OTE of $150,000)
