THE ROLE The Associate, Digital is Responsible for building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple buying platforms, as well as communicating in a proactive, professional manner. ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Launch, track and adjust the performance of real-time bidding, paid search, and paid social media campaigns * Schedule and traffic creative * Create tracking pixels and troubleshoot technical issues * Ensure brand safety and pixel integrity across accounts * Develop deep understanding of clients' business and objectives * Assist in creating digital media strategies for new client campaigns * Provide reports and updates to internal and external clients as needed * Keep up with industry trends and best practices * Collaborate, communicate and share best practices across the organization * Cooperatively take on other responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
