Position Description

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual with a passion for providing excellent support? Join our Customer Relations team as an Associate Customer Relations Representative and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order processing and effective communication with both our valued customers and internal partners. You will be instrumental in accurately managing customer orders, understanding key operational processes, and collaborating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills, learn the fundamentals of customer relations, and contribute to a positive and efficient customer experience. This position is on 1st shift, Monday - Friday 5 AM - 2 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Order Processing: Precisely enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are captured accurately and efficiently.
  • Process Comprehension and Adherence: Understand and consistently follow the established processes and workflows of the Customer Relations team.
  • Customer and Internal Liaison: Serve as a direct point of contact for external customers, addressing their inquiries and needs effectively, while also collaborating with internal departments such as Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping.
  • Safety and Policy Compliance: Comprehend and strictly adhere to all company safety rules and established policies in all aspects of the role.
  • Task and Project Support: Provide assistance with various tasks and contribute to projects as needed to support the overall goals of the team and department.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • More than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred

  • Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
