Summary

TYR Sport is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Creative Manager to oversee the execution, coordination, and organization of social media, e-commerce, and email marketing assets. This role is pivotal in translating strategic marketing plans into timely, high-impact creative deliverables across digital channels and distributing them to the necessary teams.

Working closely with the Creative Manager and creative teams, this versatile role will be responsible for building and maintaining monthly and quarterly content calendars, working with the graphic artists, photographers, and contracted media to orchestrate the production of all creative assets, and ensuring streamlined communication between internal teams and external partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain monthly and quarterly content calendars based on strategic marketing plans provided by leadership.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative workflow for social media, e-commerce, and email campaigns, ensuring the assets are aligned with creative direction and marketing strategy.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all internal and external creative asset production, including email campaigns, social media content, video projects, and photography, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines.
  • Organize, archive, and distribute all still photography, video assets, and digital assets.
  • Ensure proper filing, labeling, and archival practices are upheld for all content assets.
  • Communicate campaign timelines, creative deliverables, and launch plans to social, video, and email teams for timely deployment.
  • Serve as an additional checkpoint to ensure all creative assets align with brand standards and aesthetic guidelines set by the Creative Manager.
  • Support the Creative Manager on day-to-day departmental tasks and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with preproduction, creative direction, and post-production for photo and video productions as needed.
  • Remain adaptable and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, evolving marketing department.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, eCommerce).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Mural, or similar).
  • Familiarity with asset management systems and best practices for creative archival.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and pivot quickly when priorities shift.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience coordinating across departments and agencies.
  • A natural problem solver with a proactive mindset—constantly seeking opportunities to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
  • Self-motivated go-getter who takes initiative without being prompted and brings fresh ideas to the table.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar
  • 3-5 years of experience in creative project management, content production, and/or marketing operations. Additional experience in hands-on Graphic Design/creative background is a plus.
