What To Expect

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, from day one, you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Look forward to diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

• Assisting in the execution of transactions, including the creation of commercial fact books and information memoranda
• Supporting growth strategies by assisting our clients in implementing their Buy-and-Build/platform strategies
• Identifying investment opportunities through target screenings
• Contributing to market modeling and business plan validation
• Conducting primary (particularly expert interviews) and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
• Supporting product development and project- and theme-related customer management
• Actively shaping the further development of Telescope (OKR system)
  
  
  

Your profile

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

• A completed bachelor's degree and initial practical experience in the consulting field (with a focus on Transaction Advisory Services/M&A), private equity, or venture capital are ideal
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) are a given
• Very good communication skills in German (C1) and English
