Summary

As an Entry-Level Consultant, you will help clients solve complex business challenges by translating their requirements into effective strategies and solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You will also play a role in providing subject matter expertise across the Workday application and performing other support activities needed to help our clients to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness in Workday.


Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize company resources to develop expertise in Workday functionality and best practices.
  • Assist clients in testing and validating transactions within their Workday system.
  • Document business processes and system designs using flowcharts and similar diagrams.
  • Create job aids and user guides to assist end users with Workday functionality.
  • Configure the Workday application based on established best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions within Workday.
  • Manage tasks and projects using company-provided tools and methodologies.


Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with business leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
