Why you'll love this job * This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division. * Responsible for interacting with business units, technology teams, and the development team in order to design solutions and configure systems based on the functional designs What you'll do * Responsible for supporting Cargo applications, desktop, and mobile devices (scanners/tablets) * Engage with enterprise teams and vendors to resolve open incidents in Cherwell * Provide support during desktop profile and/or scanner/tablet apk (Android package kit) deployments * Interact with Product team to modernize/automate business processes and implement changes within our environment following a DevOps mindset * Provide day-to-day business support to include troubleshooting issues, user access maintenance, maintaining support documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure interdepartmental documentation is up to date * Maintain and improve Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere) as part of the overall Product support * Apply Agile delivery methodology to projects and work assigned * Facilitate sessions with business users to gather and document business/data requirements for application solutions and/or use cases for automation All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 2+ years equivalent experience/training in application configuration, access management control, and automation * 2 years mobility and desktop support functions Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience * 2 years of focused experience with Selenium Automation Anywhere, or Worksoft * Experience in Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (GitHub, TDD, Automated regression testing) * Configuration experience with various software applications Skills, Licenses & Certifications * Ability to articulate and communicate technical issues and solutions to a non-technical audience * Strong technical consulting/customer service background, including excellent oral, written, and presentation skills What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: * Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
