Key Applicant Requirements

• Overall experience of 1-3 years
• Working knowledge of Windows & IIS server
• Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs
• Experience with Incident Management Processes
• ITIL or other service-oriented certification Strongly Preferred
• Candidates with Python/Powershell Scripting & Google Cloud knowledge are highly preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and implement controlled changes
• Ability to evaluate and discern issues and make the proper judgment call to escalate for resolution
• Understanding of Alerting & Monitoring
• Ability to work independently or under only general direction
• MUST be ready to work in shifts covering 24x5 and weekend on-call
• Shift, on-call & overtime allowance applicable

(Responsibilities)

• Support the Boarding & Servicing applications portfolio of 12-16 individual applications
• Support applications built on .Net
• Deployment Support
• Triage issues with Windows Engineers, DBA, and Network Engineers
• Support patching and verification schedules
• All other standard support functions/activities
• Get actively involved in activities on process improvement and automation
• Cover 24x7 support function. 24x5 from office & 24xWeekend on-call
