Permira Credit is one of Europe’s leading specialist debt management businesses comprising three core strategies: Direct Lending, CLO Management and Strategic Opportunities. Since inception in 2007, our funds have provided over €20bn+ of capital to over 300+ European businesses. Permira Credit has supported companies across diverse industries but is mainly focused on companies active in business services, technology, and healthcare. Permira Credit is owned by Permira and currently has 85+ employees mainly based in London. Over the next four years, Permira Credit is planning to grow its credit assets under management to € 25bn.
The successful candidate will be an important member of Permira’s Capital Formation team, which is responsible for both raising new capital and for maintaining strong relationships with our existing investors. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on data management, reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Insights
Support with gathering, analysing and presenting financial data and insights for internal and external reporting purposes
Working closely with investment teams to continuously assess templates, processes and systems used for data collection and identify areas for improvement
Preparing investor presentations, reports ensuring alignment with key corporate messages and strategic objectives
Data Integrity & Compliance
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and investor materials
Ensure compliance with securities regulations, company policies, and best practices in investor communications
Investor Reporting
Designing reports that provide visualizations and business intelligence capabilities
Collaborate with investment teams to establish the collection of performance data and key metrics
Liaising with fund administrators, finance and legal to ensure consistency and transparency in reporting
Provide support during investor meetings, including preparing presentation materials, Q&A responses and follow-up reports
Process Improvement & Innovation
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and leverage new tools and technologies for improved efficiencies and effectiveness
Desired Experience / Background
2-3 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Investor Relations or a related field
Strong academic performance, degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
Experience with financial modelling, valuation analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of financial metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - fluent written and spoken English, other languages advantageous
Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level.
Effective planning and organisation skills; ability to prioritise tasks and deliver to deadlines
High level of motivation, integrity, energy and enthusiasm
