Job Description and Duties
Support Facilities Section's mission to maintain all departmental structures and property, ensuring compliance with all state and federal codes and regulations to provide the highest level of safety, service and security to our employees and the motoring public. Under the direction of a Staff Services Manager I, the ABMA is responsible for independently managing the facility responsibilities of offices/buildings within an assigned geographic location. Develops and submits complete contract packages, including justifications, specific scopes of work, and associated required documents. Processes invoices, attends bid walks, pre-construction meetings, on-going construction meetings, project development, over-site and tracking of special repair projects, and deferred and recurring maintenance. Researches project cost, providing estimates and quotes, written responses or presentations requiring strong written and verbal skills. Completion of bill analysis and Merit Award Suggestion responses as needed.

Working Conditions
Travel and overtime may be required.

The Associate Governmental Program Analyst certification list is being utilized to recruit for this position. Applicants with Associate Governmental Program Analyst certification list eligibility MUST also meet the minimum qualifications for the Associate Business Management Analyst in order to be eligible for an appointment.
The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) serves as documentation of each applicant's ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. The SOQ is to be typed (8-1/2 x 11 size paper), Arial 12 pt. font, no more than two pages in length, and margins are to be no less than 1-inch. Responses are not to be combined, each question shall be clearly identified and answered independently.
* Describe your experience performing analytical work, analyzing complex issues, research, developing and/or evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations to your supervisor.
* Describe your experience in dealing with a variety of individuals at all levels in an organization, including your ability to effectively communicate and interact both verbally and in writing.
