Our client is a growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm. They have over 12 offices throughout California and hire remote attorneys who live and work somewhere in California.

Job Details

Qualifications

Highly motivated, results-driven, high energy, and a sense of urgency

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to outstanding customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision

Client-focused, with the ability to deliver results

Required

  • JD from an ABA-approved law school
  • Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
  • 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience
  • Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required)
  • Experience with Depos
  • Understanding confidentiality requirements
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
